The short version
Zeitfarer collects nothing. Everything you enter — your profile and your trips — stays on your device. The app has no account, no login, and no network connection; it works entirely offline.
What the app stores on your device
Only what you type in: an optional name, your typical sleep times, an optional age, your home and base airports, your chronotype and trip preferences, and the flights and layovers you add. This is saved locally using the operating system's standard on-device storage and never leaves your device.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party code that could gather information about you. We never see your data, because it is never sent anywhere.
Sharing and selling
We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit your information to anyone. There is nothing to share — it lives only on your device.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays on your device until you change or remove it in the app. Deleting Zeitfarer removes all of it from your device.
Children's privacy
Zeitfarer is a professional tool for flight crews and is not directed to children. It collects no personal information from anyone, regardless of age.
A note on what this app is
Zeitfarer is a planning aid grounded in circadian science, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Because the app collects no data, we expect changes to be rare.
